Who we are
Eternal Echoes is a Scripture encounter and theological formation platform operated under Bible Academy Global. The platform offers Bible reading, AI-assisted reflection, notes, chapter audio, courseware, and related formation pathways.
Questions about this policy can be directed to wb@bibleacademy.global.
What data we collect
We may collect account details such as name, email address, authentication identifiers, profile settings, preferred display language, preferred Bible version, notes, bookmarks, AI conversation history, enrollment progress, and operational security logs needed to run the service safely.
If social integrations are enabled in the future, we may also process the minimum Meta account and Page information required to publish or measure official Eternal Echoes content.
How we use data
We use data to authenticate users, personalise the reading and formation experience, deliver requested AI interactions, issue certificates, measure platform health, protect the service from abuse, and improve language-lane delivery across the Eternal Echoes ecosystem.
We do not sell user personal information. We process data only as needed to operate the platform, fulfill a user request, comply with law, or protect service integrity.
Data sharing and processors
Eternal Echoes uses infrastructure and service providers such as hosting, database, email, analytics, and AI providers to operate the platform. These processors receive only the data reasonably required for their service role.
When a user chooses to authenticate with a third-party identity provider or when an official social integration is enabled, limited account information may be exchanged with that provider as part of the requested workflow.
Retention and deletion
We retain data only as long as needed to operate the platform, maintain account continuity, meet legal obligations, or protect against fraud and abuse.
Users may request account deletion or personal data removal by contacting wb@bibleacademy.global or, where available, by using in-product account deletion controls. Meta-specific data deletion instructions are also published at /legal/data-deletion.
YouTube and Google user data
Eternal Echoes uses YouTube API Services to publish its own Scripture songs and music videos to the official Bible Academy Global YouTube channel. By using these features you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms), and Google’s handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
When the channel owner authorises Eternal Echoes, the app receives an access token for that Google account with three permissions: uploading videos (youtube.upload), reading the channel’s own videos and their status (youtube.readonly), and managing those videos (youtube.force-ssl). The app uses them only to upload songs and videos it created, set their titles, descriptions and thumbnails, check whether each video is private or public so it can link it from the matching Bible chapter, and delete an earlier version of one of its own videos when a new version replaces it. It does not read, collect or store any other YouTube or Google account data, viewer data or comments.
The authorisation token is stored encrypted on our server only, is never shared with third parties, and is not used for advertising or to train AI models. Eternal Echoes’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.
Access can be revoked at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions (Third-party apps & services → Eternal Echoes). Once revoked, the stored token stops working and is deleted from our server within 30 days; videos already uploaded remain on the channel under its owner’s control. Requests to delete data can also be sent to wb@bibleacademy.global.
User rights
Users may request access to their data, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of eligible data, or clarification regarding how information is processed. Requests are handled in line with applicable law and platform security obligations.
If Facebook Login or other Meta-linked services are enabled, a user may also use the published data deletion mechanism to request deletion of any Meta-connected data processed by the app.
