These terms govern access to Eternal Echoes, Bible Academy Global courseware, and any connected services or integrations published under the Eternal Echoes ecosystem.
Eternal Echoes is provided for Scripture engagement, theological reflection, formation, and related learning purposes. Users agree to use the platform lawfully, respectfully, and without attempting to disrupt, exploit, or abuse the service.
Accounts are personal unless explicit organisational permission is granted. Users remain responsible for activity carried out through their account credentials.
Platform content may include Scripture, commentary, manuscripts, AI-generated assistance, lesson packs, certificates, and resource companions. Some resources are freely accessible; others may be gated by enrollment, qualification, or future commercial terms.
AI-assisted outputs are intended to support study and formation, not to replace pastoral responsibility, doctrinal discernment, or lawful professional advice.
Users may create notes, prompts, reflections, practicum submissions, and other study materials inside the platform. Users retain responsibility for the legality and appropriateness of that material.
By submitting content through Eternal Echoes, users grant the platform the limited rights necessary to store, process, and render that content for the requested service experience.
Eternal Echoes creates Scripture songs, paintings and music videos with the help of AI tools (lyrics checked against Scripture, AI-generated music and artwork) and publishes some of them on the official Bible Academy Global YouTube channel. These works are labelled as AI-assisted and are offered freely for worship, study and sharing in a non-commercial setting.
The YouTube features use YouTube API Services. By using them you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Google’s handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy), and our own handling in our Privacy Policy (https://app.bibleacademy.global/legal/privacy).
We may update, suspend, or refine parts of the platform, including language lanes, AI workflows, courseware, and integrations, as the ecosystem evolves. We aim to act carefully, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We may also remove access to features or accounts where necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address abuse or security risk.
Eternal Echoes is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated here and limit liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from platform use.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where local law gives stronger protections, those protections remain in force.
